After 63 goals in favor, none against and 6 matches played in 4 days, the Paraguayan national soccer team of indigenous football takes the maximum award in the 2nd. World Indigenous Peoples’ Games 2017, carried out in Canada.
Athletes of different ethnicities; Guaraní Ñandeva, Guaraní Occidental, Aché, Ava Guaraní, Nivaclé, Enhlet Norte and Maká, are responsible for this victory. Previously, the team had achieved the third place in the 2015 edition, and the title of champions of the Copa América disputed in Chile in 2015.
